INSTRUCTIONAL RULES
- 2 15 minute halves (running clock)
- 2 minute half time
- Restricted Zone Defense(ZONE DEFENSE ONLY STAY IN PAINT)
- No score keeping-No standings
- Change of possession: The defense must retreat to their defensive box and allow the ball to be brought down.
- Coaches may substitute players while the clock is running during change of possession.
- This is an instructional league. Only obvious infractions will be called. For blatant traveling or double dribble, referee will stop play and explain the rule and give the ball back to the same team for side out.
